The Bride is Stirring: Prophetic Dreams, Feasts, and the Final Wake-Up Call
“And that, knowing the time, that now it is high time to awake out of sleep: for now is our salvation nearer than when we believed.”
—Romans 13:11 (KJV)
The Holy Spirit is stirring hearts like never before. From Watchmen on the wall to ordinary believers, there is a palpable urgency echoing through the Body of Christ. We feel it. We see it. And for many, we are dreaming it.
Why Are So Many Dreaming Now?
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams.”
—Acts 2:17 (KJV)
The increase in prophetic dreams and visions is no coincidence. It is evidence of the Spirit of God fulfilling His promise in these last days. For many believers young and old dreams have become a spiritual compass, confirming that the hour is late. We stand on the threshold of a divine appointment: the return of Jesus Christ for His bride.
Paul said, “We which are alive and remain shall be caught up...” (1 Thessalonians 4:17), offering not just comfort but clues. The early church lived with a sense of expectancy. Today, the Spirit is reigniting that same fire.
The Fall Feasts: Already Fulfilled? Already Signaling?
The Fall Feasts, Trumpets, Atonement, and Tabernacles are not obsolete rituals but divine rehearsals, or moedim (appointed times), rich with prophetic meaning. Jesus fulfilled the Spring Feasts in His first coming. Many now believe He will fulfill the Fall Feasts in His second.
“Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.”
—Colossians 2:16–17 (KJV)
These feasts point to coming realities. The Feast of Trumpets, or Yom Teruah, is tied to the idea of a sudden blast awakening, alarm, or ascension. Some believe it may mark the rapture. Hebrews 10:25 tells us to gather “so much the more, as ye see the day approaching.” That is not vague symbolism. That is prophetic urgency.
The Church Types: Which Are We?
Jesus had strong words for the churches in Revelation. Many today align with Sardis or Laodicea complacent, asleep, or spiritually dead.
“Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.”
—Revelation 3:3 (KJV)
“Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing... I will spue thee out of my mouth.”
—Revelation 3:17–16 (KJV)
But the Philadelphia church? She is the exception. Faithful. Watchful. Ready.
“Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation.”
—Revelation 3:10 (KJV)
Note the difference. Sardis and Laodicea are told to put on their garments. Philadelphia already wears hers. She is the wise virgin with oil in her lamp (Matthew 25:1–13). She has the Holy Spirit. She has discernment. She sees the day approaching.
No Man Knows the Day or Hour? Reconsidering the Context
Too often, believers quote “no man knows the day or hour” (Matthew 24:36) to discourage watching. But context matters. Matthew 24 primarily concerns the Second Coming not the rapture.
Luke’s gospel the Bride’s gospel is unique. Jesus tells us to “watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things” (Luke 21:36). In the Galilean wedding tradition, the bride did not know the exact hour, but she knew the season. She stayed ready. She even slept in her wedding dress.
“Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready.”
—Revelation 19:7 (KJV)
The Days of Noah: Preached, Yet Ignored
“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”
—Matthew 24:37 (KJV)
Noah preached righteousness for over a century. Few listened. The door closed. Rain fell. Judgment came. Similarly, many have heard prophetic warnings since the 1970s or earlier, yet few have acted. We are in the same pattern again global lawlessness, violence, corruption, mockery of truth.
Yet the ark today is not made of gopher wood. It is made of grace.
Conclusion: Wake Up, Bride. The Hour is Near.
We are not saved by dreams, or knowledge, or date-setting. We are saved by Christ. But the signs are not for speculation they are for preparation. God is shouting through world events, prophetic dreams, and Scripture. The rapture is not myth it is a promise.
“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.”
—Titus 2:13 (KJV)
Do not be like Sardis caught unaware. Be like Philadelphia ready and radiant.
A Call to Repentance and Salvation
All have sinned.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23 (KJV)
Sin brings death.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23 (KJV)
Jesus paid the price.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8 (KJV)
Confess and believe.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9 (KJV)
Do not delay. Come to Christ. Be found watching, not sleeping. Be ready, for the Bridegroom comes.
“Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus.”
—Revelation 22:20 (KJV)
