Dance Upon the Ashes: Your Pain Is a Platform for God's Power

“To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes,
the oil of joy for mourning,
the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness…”
Isaiah 61:3, KJV

God is not just the God who rescues. He’s the God who restores.
He doesn’t simply pull you out of the fire  He teaches you to dance on the ashes.

Every loss.
Every trauma.
Every place the enemy tried to steal, kill, and destroy  those are the exact places where God is preparing victory.

He says:
“I want you to dance upon the ashes. Every place where the enemy has come against you is a place for future victory.”

This is not denial. This is not suppression.
This is resurrection.

From Trauma to Triumph

“And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God…”
Romans 8:28, KJV

What the enemy intended for evil, God intends to use for glory.
The very areas of trauma and devastation are being reclaimed by Heaven. When you invite God into your pain, He turns ruins into launchpads.

He says:
“Every trauma can be turned into a place of absorbent strength.”
He’s not brushing your pain aside  He’s redeeming it.
He’s turning backfires into breakthroughs, darkness into dawn, mourning into movement.

The enemy hoped to knock you out and keep you down.
But grace says, “Take My hand  I’ll lead you to the mountaintop.”

A New Season of Recompense and Resurrection

“Instead of your shame ye shall have double; and instead of confusion they shall rejoice in their portion…”
Isaiah 61:7, KJV

There’s a shift in the Spirit.
God is declaring a new season of Yahweh’s grace  not just comfort, but recompense. He is actively overturning what the enemy has stolen.

He says:

  • “We will stop and dance upon the ashes.”

  • “We will sow the seeds of resurrection into what appears dead.”

Don’t wait for the perfect moment. The resurrection begins now  in your praise, in your surrender, in every step you take forward in faith.

Your valley of dry bones is becoming a valley of laughter.
Your ruins are becoming a harvest field.

The Joy of Restoration

“For your shame ye shall have double…”
Isaiah 61:7, KJV

The enemy tried to destroy you.
But God is going to make you overflow.

  • The oil of bliss will replace your tears.

  • The mantle of praise will replace your heaviness.

  • The banquet of beauty will rise from your ashes.

This is not symbolic  it’s spiritual reality. It’s what Jesus died and rose again to give you:
Restoration. Rejoicing. Recompense.

The question is not whether God is able to restore. The question is  will you take His hand?

The Gospel of Salvation

Real restoration begins with real relationship. If you’ve never given your life to Jesus Christ, this is your invitation. The One who turns ashes into beauty is calling you today.

All have sinned.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23, KJV

Sin brings death.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23, KJV

Jesus paid the price.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8, KJV

Confess and believe.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9, KJV

Accept Him today. Be forgiven. Be restored. And begin to dance in places you once only wept.

Conclusion

You may feel surrounded by ruins, but Heaven sees a rebuild in motion.
Every scar is becoming a testimony.
Every dark place is becoming a stage for His light.
Every defeat is being reversed in the name of Jesus.

So rise.
Put on the garment of praise.
Lift up your head.
And dance upon the ashes.

Restoration is not coming  it’s already begun.
