The Final Invitation
I. The Aroma of Repentance and the Bride’s Cry
A sweet savor reaches unto the heavens. This echoes the language of Leviticus where sacrificial obedience brought a “sweet savour” unto the LORD (Leviticus 1:9). In this final hour, the sacrifice God requires is a broken spirit and a contrite heart (Psalm 51:17). His people are bowed low, praying, watching, and waiting in expectation, not for the things of this earth, but for the appearance of the King.
The remnant is responding. As in the days of Elijah, when only 7,000 had not bowed to Baal (1 Kings 19:18), so too in this age of compromise, a faithful remnant still hears the voice of the Shepherd.
“And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.” Revelation 22:17 (KJV)
II. The Great Apostasy and Counterfeit Shepherds
The Shepherd mourns over hardened hearts. There are many who claim His name, but walk not in His ways (Titus 1:16). They follow other shepherds, other gospels, other agendas, feeding on doctrines of demons, entertainment, and comfort, all while professing to know Christ.
“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.” John 10:27 (KJV)
But these have not recognized His voice. They have not obeyed the command to come out.
“And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.” Revelation 18:4 (KJV)
This modern Babylon, full of vanity, lust, greed, and false religion, has lulled many into spiritual delusion.
III. The False Hope of a Better Tomorrow
The hope of more and better on earth has blinded the Church. Prosperity theology, humanism, and dominionism have replaced the cross. The treasure men seek lies buried in a chaotic and corrupted world, not in heaven where moth and rust do not corrupt (Matthew 6:19–21).
“Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.” Colossians 3:2 (KJV)
God is removing false hope. The shakings, geopolitical unrest, economic collapse, natural disasters, and spiritual deception, are signs of mercy to awaken a slumbering Bride.
IV. The Hour of Peace and Blessed Hope
Even in judgment, God offers peace.
“Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” John 14:27 (KJV)
This peace is not circumstantial, it is rooted in the blessed hope of Christ’s imminent return.
“Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ.” Titus 2:13 (KJV)
He is at the door. He is the door.
“I am the door: by me if any man enter in, he shall be saved, and shall go in and out, and find pasture.” John 10:9 (KJV)
V. The Urgency of the Hour: Salvation Is Today
The question is not whether Christ is coming, but when He comes, will you be ready?
“Behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.” 2 Corinthians 6:2 (KJV)
The delusion that there is still time has deceived many. But death can come suddenly, and so will the return of Christ.
“Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.” Matthew 24:44 (KJV)
VI. True Intercession: Beyond Selfish Prayers
Are you praying for the lost and broken, or only for your personal peace and prosperity? The call is to intercede for those in need, the homeless, hungry, imprisoned, orphaned, addicted, and widows (James 1:27). Christ’s heart is toward the outcast and the broken.
“Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness... to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house?” Isaiah 58:6–7 (KJV)
VII. The Only Way to the Kingdom
Jesus made it clear: He is not one way among many, He is the only way.
“Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 (KJV)
The path of self-reliance, religious tradition, or moralism will end in eternal loss.
“There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.” Proverbs 14:12 (KJV)
VIII. The King Crowned in Glory, Not a Baby in a Manger
Jesus is no longer the infant in the nativity scene. He is the risen King, seated in power, and coming in judgment.
“Who is gone into heaven, and is on the right hand of God; angels and authorities and powers being made subject unto him.” 1 Peter 3:22 (KJV)
He suffered. He died. He conquered. He is coming again, not as a Lamb, but as the Lion of the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5).
IX. The Invitation to Walk in Intimacy
God’s desire is not religious performance. He seeks relationship. He invites you to walk with Him, to surrender your heart, to be washed in His blood and filled with His Spirit.
“A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you.” Ezekiel 36:26 (KJV)
This is the call to return to the First Love (Revelation 2:4–5). To allow Him to cleanse, restore, and lead you.
X. The Bridegroom is Ready, Are You?
The wedding feast is prepared (Matthew 22:1–14). The Bride has made herself ready (Revelation 19:7–9). The only thing left is the final invitation to the guest list.
“Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb.” Revelation 19:9 (KJV)
Will you delay another day? Every moment of hesitation hardens the heart.
“To day if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts.” Hebrews 3:15 (KJV)
XI. The Call to Repentance
If you hear this message, understand: this is not a religious suggestion. It is a divine summons. Turn from your sin. Come out of compromise. Flee Babylon. Renounce your idols. Christ is calling you to Himself before the door shuts.
“Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord.” Acts 3:19 (KJV)
XII. The Gospel Message: Enter the Kingdom Today
You are not guaranteed tomorrow. If you have not surrendered to Christ, do so today. Here is the message of salvation, plainly given:
All have sinned.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
Romans 3:23 (KJV)
Sin brings death.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
Romans 6:23 (KJV)
Jesus paid the price.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Romans 5:8 (KJV)
Confess and believe.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
Romans 10:9 (KJV)
XIII. Conclusion: The Door Is Closing
The wedding is about to begin. The doors will not stay open forever. The shaking is mercy. The warnings are love. The Gospel is the only way out of judgment and into eternal life.
He is calling you by name. Do not wait until you look death in the eye. Run to the Bridegroom. Be washed. Be filled. Be ready.
Peace and love from the Highest. Shalom.
