The Gospel Must Go Forth

I. The Spirit Still Moves Among His People

The Lord has not ceased from His work. Even as the world grows darker, His Spirit continues to shine through those who are faithful. This divine presence empowers believers to labor in love and truth, bearing witness to the light even in perilous times.

“Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee.” Isaiah 60:1 (KJV)

False teachers continue to deceive multitudes. Yet the Spirit-filled believer remains anchored in truth and must discern and expose the lies infiltrating the Church.

“For there shall arise false Christs, and false prophets, and shall shew great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect.” Matthew 24:24 (KJV)

II. A Time of Partial Tribulation and Birth Pangs

We are not destined for wrath, but we are not immune to suffering. Before the fullness of tribulation unfolds, there is refining. This time of sorrow and delay is not abandonment but preparation.

“These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.” John 16:33 (KJV)

This is the season of the labor pains before the birth. The Lord calls His people to endure with joy, to evangelize the doubters, and to remain steadfast in faith and service.

III. The Gospel Must Go Forth

The mission remains: proclaim the blood of Jesus, the only atonement for sin. This is not a passive waiting, but an active commission to rescue souls from the grip of death.

“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations... Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you.” Matthew 28:19–20 (KJV)

His message is simple: speak boldly of My sacrifice. Spread the good news. Rejoice even in delay. Trust the timing of the Father. Let your voice be the trumpet, sounding the call to return to God.

IV. The Prodigals and Backsliders Must Be Restored

The Lord longs for the return of those who once knew Him but turned away. Many are weary, confused, or deceived. They must be reached, not with judgment, but with the truth of God's sustaining strength and unfailing love.

“Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness.” Galatians 6:1 (KJV)

It is not too late. God's grace still calls. He is stronger than any addiction, seduction, or distraction of the enemy.

“Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us.” Ephesians 3:20 (KJV)

V. Ministry Is Daily, Not Just Counting Days

Rather than obsess over dates and rapture timelines, the Body must look around. The hurting, the grieving, the doubting, all are ripe for ministry. Our duty is not to tally prophetic signs like a clock, but to meet the spiritual and physical needs before us.

“Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his household, to give them meat in due season?” Matthew 24:45 (KJV)

Ministry is both word and deed. Serve. Comfort. Pray. Heal. Not by our own strength, but by His Spirit.

“Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6 (KJV)

VI. A Heart of Repentance Invites the Living Water

The invitation is open to all who would humble themselves. God will cleanse, renew, and sanctify any heart that turns to Him. He doesn’t ask for perfection, He asks for repentance.

“If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:9 (KJV)

“Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean... A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you.” Ezekiel 36:25–26 (KJV)

VII. Remove the Beam and Preach His Love

The Church must be cleansed from hypocrisy. Judgment begins in the house of God. Get the wood out of your eye before pointing at the speck in your brother’s.

“Judge not, that ye be not judged... And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother’s eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye?” Matthew 7:1–3 (KJV)

Many see God only as Judge, never as Father or Friend. Preach His love. Show His heart.

“The Lord hath appeared of old unto me, saying, Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love.” Jeremiah 31:3 (KJV)

VIII. Stop Obsessing Over the Rapture

The Exodus is ongoing. Many are still leaving Egypt. The Lord delays not out of indifference but out of mercy.

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise... but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.” 2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)

There will be a moment when the sheepfold is full, and He will call us home. Until then, we work.

IX. The Seals Are Open. The Mark Is Near. Nature Groans.

These are not ordinary times. The Book of Revelation is unfolding before our eyes. Technology has crossed the line. Surveillance, DNA modification, AI, and biometric systems all point toward a world ripe for global control.

“And when he had opened the second seal... and power was given to him... to take peace from the earth.” Revelation 6:3–4 (KJV)

“And he causeth all... to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads.” Revelation 13:16 (KJV)

“For we know that the whole creation groaneth and travaileth in pain together until now.” Romans 8:22 (KJV)

X. Stay Ready. Stay Holy. Stay Watchful.

Keep your garments white. Be clothed in armor. Stay humble. Watch daily. The Bridegroom is coming at an hour we think not.

“Let your loins be girded about, and your lights burning... Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching.” Luke 12:35–37 (KJV)

This is not a time for fear, but for faith. Not a time for slumber, but for strength. He sees our disappointment. He feels our longing. But His time is perfect.

XI. A Call to Repentance and Salvation

All have sinned.
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.”
  Romans 3:23 (KJV)

Sin brings death.
“For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.”
  Romans 6:23 (KJV)

Jesus paid the price.
“But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
  Romans 5:8 (KJV)

Confess and believe.
“That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved.”
  Romans 10:9 (KJV)

Conclusion

The King is coming soon, but He delays for the sake of mercy. Do not squander this grace. Let your lamps be full. Let your hearts be clean. Let your mouths proclaim His name boldly. The harvest is great. The laborers are few. Let us finish our work with joy, clothed in His righteousness, empowered by His Spirit, and waiting in hope for that glorious day.

He is not late. He is waiting, for the last one to come home.
