📖 Daniel 9:27, Peace Deals, and the End Times: Are We Closer Than We Think?

As headlines increasingly echo the language of “peace and security,” Bible-believing Christians are reminded of ancient prophecies that speak of a future covenant involving Israel and “many nations.” Could we be witnessing the framework of that very covenant unfold before our eyes?

📰 The March 2025 Trump–Putin Call: A Modern Peace Push

On March 18, 2025, reports surfaced that Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin held a strategic call discussing:

  • A plan for lasting peace in the Middle East

  • Preventing future conflict

  • Halting the spread of strategic weapons

  • A united front to protect Israel from Iranian aggression

  • And crucially, working with others to ensure the broadest possible application of these peace efforts

This final phrase — “broadest possible application” — echoes the language of Daniel 9:27, which speaks of the Antichrist confirming a “covenant with many.”

Could this be the groundwork for that covenant?

Maybe. Maybe not. But we must stay spiritually alert.
