Breaking the Cycle

People will wound. People will fail. This is not a rare occurrence. It is a universal reality rooted in the fallen nature of humanity. Yet the greater danger is not what is done to us. It is what begins to grow within us because of it. I. The Cycle of Sin: How Hurt Becomes Corruption Scripture teaches that sin is not only external but internal. “But every man is tempted, when he is drawn away of his own lust, and enticed.” James 1:14 (KJV) When someone sins against us, a seed is planted.
