As in the Days of Noah—Unmasking the Supernatural War Behind the Scenes

“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.”

—Matthew 24:37 (KJV)

When Jesus spoke these words, He wasn’t merely referencing sinful behavior or cultural decay. He was pointing us to something far deeper, far darker—and far more supernatural. He was calling our attention back to a time of cosmic rebellion, genetic corruption, and spiritual warfare unlike anything most have dared to imagine.

To understand the urgency of His warning, we must go back to Genesis 6:1-4:

“...the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose… There were giants in the earth in those days… mighty men which were of old, men of renown.”

These “sons of God” (Hebrew: Bene Elohim) were not humans, but fallen angels who rebelled against God and descended upon Mount Hermon. Their unholy union with human women birthed the Nephilim—giants, hybrid abominations that corrupted not just humanity, but the very fabric of creation.

✦ Enoch’s Forgotten Revelation

Though not part of the canonical Bible, the Book of Enoch (quoted in Jude 1:14-15) gives further insight. The fallen angels—known as Watchers—taught mankind forbidden knowledge: sorcery, war, astrology, enchantments, abortion, and more. Their influence plunged the earth into violence and perversion.

These were not myths. They were the catalysts for God’s global judgment by flood—not merely because of human sin, but to cleanse the earth of corrupted flesh and demonic pollution.

“And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.” —Genesis 6:12 (KJV)

✦ The Giants After the Flood

Contrary to popular belief, the giants didn’t end with the flood. Scripture continues to mention their presence:

  • Goliath (1 Samuel 17) was one of the Rephaim.

  • The land of Canaan was filled with Anakim, Zamzummim, and Emim—giant tribes that God commanded Israel to utterly destroy (Deut 2:20-21, Num 13:33).

Why such complete annihilation? It wasn’t racism or cruelty. It was a holy war against genetically defiled beings.

✦ Where Are the Watchers Now?

According to 2 Peter 2:4 and Jude 1:6, the original Watchers are currently bound in Tartarus, awaiting judgment. But their children—the giants—when killed, became disembodied spirits. These are what we now call demons.

“And the devils besought him… that he would not command them to go out into the deep.” —Luke 8:31 (KJV)

Demons crave embodiment because they were never created to exist without flesh. Their origin explains their hatred for mankind, their obsession with infiltration, and their intent to corrupt all that is holy.

✦ The Days of Noah—Rising Again

Jesus warned that the same conditions would resurface in the end times. And they are. Today we see:

  • Transhumanism: merging human DNA with technology.

  • CRISPR & genetic editing: manipulating creation at the molecular level.

  • AI-fueled spiritualism: artificial "gods" with emotional intelligence replacing relationships, therapists, even religion.

  • Media obsession: with Nephilim, fallen angels, aliens, and “ancient gods.”

Just as in the days of Noah, we are witnessing an all-out assault on the image of God in mankind—an attempt to corrupt all flesh once again.

✦ What’s Coming Next?

The flood was God’s first global judgment. Fire is the next.

“But the heavens and the earth, which are now… are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.”
—2 Peter 3:7 (KJV)

Yeshua warned us. The Book of Revelation reveals the return of the watchers, the rise of the Beast, and global deception. But while the world calls it “science,” God calls it rebellion.

“Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain… and perished in the gainsaying of Core.” —Jude 1:11 (KJV)

✦ But There Is Good News…

The ark in Noah’s day was wood.
Today, it is Christ.

“But ye, brethren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.” —1 Thessalonians 5:4 (KJV)

God is raising up a remnant—a set-apart people filled with the Holy Spirit, walking in boldness and discernment, ready to stand against the darkness. We were born for such a time as this.

✦ A Call to Repentance

“The Lord is not slack concerning his promise… but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance.”
—2 Peter 3:9 (KJV)

If you’ve been living in compromise, waiting for a “better time” to get right with God—this is your warning. The time is now. Judgment is coming, and only those in Christ will be saved.

✦ The Gospel: Your Ark of Rescue

Friend, if you do not know Jesus, today is the day of salvation.

  1. Acknowledge your sin: “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

  2. Understand the penalty: “The wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23).

  3. Believe in the Savior: “But God commendeth his love toward us… Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8).

  4. Receive Him: “Whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved” (Romans 10:13).

Call out to Jesus. Repent. Turn from sin. Step into the ark of salvation.

Final Word

“But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.” —Matthew 24:37 (KJV)

The giants are rising again—not just in flesh, but in spirit, technology, and culture. But so is the remnant.
Prepare the ark. Trim your lamps. Stand firm.

We are not afraid.
We are awake.
We are His.
