“This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.”
—Matthew 15:8 (KJV)
The message laid out here is not one of soft comfort or easy grace—but a fiery call to repentance, self-examination, and truth. It exposes the crisis of our age: a generation that has fashioned a false Christ in its own image—an idol wrapped in emotion, entertainment, and self-affirmation. The church today, in many quarters, has traded conviction for convenience, truth for tolerance, and the fear of God for the applause of man.
This message is a spiritual trumpet blast. Let those with ears to hear... hear what the Spirit is saying.
⚠️ “They Have Created a God After Their Own Likes and Called It Jesus”
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me. Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image…”
—Exodus 20:3–4 (KJV)“Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, and changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image…”
—Romans 1:22–23 (KJV)
This is the root of modern deception. Many in today’s church do not worship the God of Scripture, but a God of sentiment, carefully edited from podcasts, cherry-picked verses, and culturally approved sermons. This “Jesus” asks nothing, convicts no one, and affirms everything. But that is not the Christ of the Bible.
π “You Cannot Know Me Unless You Know the Truth”
“Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.”
—John 17:17 (KJV)“My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge…”
—Hosea 4:6 (KJV)
You cannot have a relationship with God apart from truth. Worship without truth is idolatry in disguise. Emotional highs and empty songs are no substitute for obedience, reverence, and the fear of the Lord.
π “Almost All My Shepherds Have Become Blind Fools”
“His watchmen are blind… they are all dumb dogs, they cannot bark; sleeping, lying down, loving to slumber.”
—Isaiah 56:10 (KJV)“For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine…”
—2 Timothy 4:3–4 (KJV)
Modern pulpits overflow with promises of blessing, affirmation, and destiny—while avoiding the rugged demands of discipleship. The cross has become a strange thing (Hosea 8:12). The cost of following Christ has been replaced by motivational speeches that coddle the flesh and avoid the offense of the gospel.
𧱠“You Shall Not Make Any Image of Me” — Idolatry in the Heart
“Son of man, these men have set up their idols in their heart…”
—Ezekiel 14:3 (KJV)
This command isn’t just about carved statues. It’s about imagining God to be anything other than who He declares Himself to be in Scripture. To edit, subtract, or reinterpret God to make Him more appealing is to create an idol in the mind—and call it Christianity.
π₯ “So Few Are Willing to Be Chastened”
“As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.”
—Revelation 3:19 (KJV)
True love from God comes with correction. He disciplines His children (Hebrews 12:6–11). The rejection of correction is the hallmark of spiritual immaturity—a sign of those who are not truly born again.
π “Don’t Be Fooled by One Election—Look at the State of Souls”
“For the Lord seeth not as man seeth… the Lord looketh on the heart.”
—1 Samuel 16:7 (KJV)
The hope of revival does not rest in political figures or national movements, but in hearts surrendered to Jesus Christ. External reform without internal repentance is powerless to change what is spiritually decayed.
✝️ The True Call of Christ: Take Up Your Cross
“And he said to them all, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow me.”
—Luke 9:23 (KJV)
Christianity is not about inviting Jesus into your life—it’s about laying down your life to follow Him. It’s about dying daily, denying self, and walking the narrow road (Matthew 7:13–14).
π A Call to Repentance: Return to the Cross
“Today if ye will hear his voice, harden not your hearts…”
—Hebrews 3:15 (KJV)“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
—2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)
This isn’t a message of despair, but a mercy-filled warning. God speaks not to crush you, but to awaken you. His desire is that none should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
