The experts pointed to trade wars, inflation, and currency instability. But what if these aren’t the root causes?

What if the shaking in our economies, nations, and weather patterns is not just circumstantial—but deeply spiritual?

Matthew 24:7 (KJV) – “For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in divers places.”

Jesus told us this would happen.

🛑 2. The Spiritual Crisis Behind the Global Crisis

Let’s call it what it is: sin.

The financial collapse of 2008 was fueled by greed. The chaos of the COVID-19 era was driven by fear. Today, trade wars and collapsing trust reveal a deeper disease—self-preservation over compassion, deception over truth.

Romans 1:28-32 paints this tragic picture: when a society pushes God out, it reaps destruction—envy, murder, deceit, and without natural affection.

We are witnessing that now.

💔 3. What Happens When We Abandon God’s Design?

God designed life to function by three divine laws:

  • Love – Giving freely without condition (John 3:16)

  • Truth – Restoring and healing what is broken (John 17:17)

  • Freedom – Rooted in grace, not control (Galatians 5:1)

But when we choose lies, fear, and control, the results are predictable:

  • Relationships collapse

  • Nations clash

  • Economies crumble

  • People become numb to suffering

And we try to fix it with more policies, shots, and digital control systems—band-aids on a hemorrhage.

Proverbs 14:12 (KJV) – “There is a way which seemeth right unto a man, but the end thereof are the ways of death.”

✝️ 4. This Is Not Just a Warning—It’s an Invitation

God is not trying to terrify us. He is trying to awaken us.

The Spirit of God is calling us to repent, realign, and return to the only foundation that won’t be shaken.

Hebrews 12:26-27 (KJV) – “Yet once more I shake not the earth only, but also heaven… that those things which cannot be shaken may remain.”

Look at Jesus. He didn’t control or condemn. He healed. He restored. He invited.

Let the Holy Spirit uncover the lies—about God, about yourself, and about this world.

💡 5. How to Respond: Be the Light in a Dark World

This is not the time to panic—it’s the time to shine.

Matthew 5:14-16 (KJV) – “Ye are the light of the world. A city that is set on an hill cannot be hid…”

Here's how:

  • 🛐 Pray like never before – Seek the Lord while He may be found (Isaiah 55:6)

  • 📖 Saturate in Scripture – Let the Word renew your mind (Romans 12:2)

  • 👥 Witness boldly – Speak the truth in love (Ephesians 4:15)

  • ❤️ Love sacrificially – Let His Spirit replace fear with perfect love (1 John 4:18)

  • 🙌 Trust Jesus fully – Not the economy, not politics, not media

🔥 6. A Clear Call to Repentance

Jesus is not just a historical figure—He is the soon-returning King.

Revelation 3:20 (KJV) – “Behold, I stand at the door, and knock…”

He’s knocking on your heart, even now. Time is short. The shaking is a trumpet blast calling you home.

💌 7. The Gospel: Your Anchor in the Storm

Here is the Good News:

  • You were born into sin (Romans 3:23)

  • But God sent His Son, Jesus, to live the life you couldn’t, and die the death you deserved (Romans 5:8)

  • He rose again, conquering sin and death (1 Corinthians 15:4)

  • If you confess Jesus as Lord and believe He rose from the dead, you will be saved (Romans 10:9)

🙏 Final Appeal: Choose Now

Don't wait for the next crash or catastrophe to turn to God.
