Faith That Moves Mountains
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me.” Exodus 20:3 (KJV) The first commandment remains the foundation of all others. God does not compete. He commands exclusive worship. “For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God.” Exodus 34:14 (KJV) In every generation, humanity builds substitute gods. In ancient times they were carved idols. Today they are more sophisticated. Power. Technology. Economic systems. Political ideologies. National pride. Personal identity detached from the Creator. Yet Scripture declares that every idol will ultimately collapse. “The idols he shall utterly abolish.” Isaiah 2:18 (KJV) We are entering a period where false foundations are being exposed.
